Paul Arnold prepares to baptize Josh Kendrew (15)
New Life Church rejoiced in the baptism (full immersion) of 10 new believers. The weather was sunny & hot which enabled us to site our portable swimming pool outdoors. After worship, a brief explanation about baptism and introducing each of the candidates in a packed main hall (overflowing into the minor hall) the congregation moved outside to witness the baptisms, which were done by Paul Arnold, member of the church...each baptism was met with rapturous applause...we rejoiced together at the further fulfilment of the Great Commission

ENCOUNTER at the Angel
New Life hosted two ENCOUNTER events at the Angel Suite, Brigg on Friday 20th & Saturday 21st March.
Each evening was attended, by 30-40 people of all age groups, taking part in multi-media presentations (including: "Mr Bean Goes to Church", Veggie Tales, Sketchboard by our Resident Artist - Jim, and interviews with cutting-edge Christians).
Challenging faith-related talks were given by guest speaker & travelling evangelist, Billy Hughes (Sandbach) - also giving people opportunity to receive prayer for healing.
The events ended with offer of a free 'finger-buffet' for all attendees, prepared by members of New Life.
